If you enjoyed what Epic Games had to offer from its in-game Travis Scott concert, then the company is banking on you loving the upcoming Fortnite Party Royale. Epic announced the event on Wednesday and is ramping things up by offering not one, not two, but three in-game concerts.

Dillon Francis, Steve Aoki, and Deadmau5 are all scheduled to perform on Friday, May 8, starting at 9 PM ET. The good news is if you’re not able to be present for the start of the concerts, Fortnite users will still be able to take part in Party Royale as long as they get in before the triple set is over at 10 PM.

Even if you aren’t able to log onto the world’s most popular battle royale during the show, you don’t have to miss out entirely. Epic will be staging a replay of the concerts on May 9 from 2 PM to 3 PM ET.

Fortnite Party Royale Gives You Wings

Epic is offering more than just the ability to see a new concert as an incentive to checking in on Fortnite Party Royale. Any user who logs into the game from 6 PM ET on May 8 to the morning of May 11 gets a special “party favor.” Anyone playing Fortnite in that window earns the new music-reactive Neon Wings Back Bling.

In addition to some great musical performances, Fortnite Party Royale comes complete with colorful lighting, burger-flipping, and goofy minigames for participants. One significant change from the regular Fortnite experience and Party Royale is the lack of weapons. There isn’t any shooting or killing during the concerts. The main stage is set aside just to hang out and hear good music.

To join the event, users simply select the Party Royale playlist when they boot up Fortnite. It’s a safe bet Friday’s concerts are just the beginning, rather than the end for this project.
