With a brand newย Ghostbustersย film on the horizon and the Halloween event forย Fortnite kicking off recently, of course there was going to be some sort of crossover event. The Containment Specialist NPC can provide you with a series of Punchcard challenges to complete. The last of these challenges tasks you with activating a Ghost Trap. The challenge isn’t too hard, you just got to know where to look. This guide will show you where to deploy a Ghost Trap in Fortnite.

Where to Deploy a Ghost Trap inย Fortnite

The first thing that you need to do to begin the Punchcard Quest is talk to the Containment Specialist NPC on the island. The NPC can be found on the Camp Cod island to the south of the map. His location will be signified by a white Speech Bubble when you get close to him. Once you talk to him, you will have to complete the other four challenges for the Containment Specialist before you are able to complete the Ghost Trap Challenge.

These challenges are deploy 3 Seismographs in Misty Meadows or Catty Corner, exterminate 3 Mini-Pufts with a Pickaxe in Sludgy Swamp, Lazy Lake, or Retail Row, retrieve Mechanical Parts by destroying 5 cars, and place Ghostbuster 3 Signs in Holly Hedges, Dirty Docks, or Pleasant Park. With all of that done, all you have to do is activate one Ghost Trap. You will want to head over to Pleasant Park and go to the center of the area. To the west side of the Gazebo in the center, you will see the Ghost Trap. Go interact with it and you will complete the challenge.
