A new Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 commercial from GameStop gives us a first glance at the fan favorite map, Nuketown, remake that will be in the game.
The GameStop commercial only shows us roughly three and a half seconds of footage. The marks the first time that we have seen the remake outside of concept art. Eagle-eyed fans will be able to spot a few differences that are making its way to the map.

The first bit shows a player from a first-person perspective jumping into the second-floor window of one of the two houses traditionally included in the map. This shot shows some of the aesthetic changes. The second shot is what players will be the most interested in. Look closely and you may spot some floating platforms over the character’s shoulder. Are these platforms what is going to help Nuketown fit into Black Ops 3? When the map was first announced, Treyarch stated that the team had “adapted the design of the map to make sure that it fit with [the] new movement system.”
If you want access to the Nuketown remake, you’ll have to pre-order the game, as the map is exclusive to those who pre-order Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 early. This offer applies to all participating retailers.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be available on the Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC on November 6. The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions will be a multiplayer only affair as these versions will not feature the campaign mode.
