Anyone who has played Black Ops 2 is no doubt familiar with the popular Dead Ops Arcade that could be played within the game. This top-down zombie shooter mini game became very popular and was practically worthy of a release itself. As it turns out Dead Ops Arcade 2 has made a return in the recently released Black Ops 3. For those who are not currently lost wandering the wasteland in Fallout 4, here is how you can unlock the popular Dead Ops Arcade from Black Ops 2 in Black Ops 3.
You’ll need to have the Safehouse already unlocked from the Campaign mode to access Dead Ops Arcade 2. Once you do you’ll be able to spawn into the Safehouse area right from the main menu. Then you’ll need to access the Data Vault. This should be right in the area you spawn, next to the Wardrobe. Once accessed you’ll need to move the analog stick to highlight the white button in the top left corner of the screen (reference the below photo). Upon doing so, Dead Ops Arcade 2 will load up with a brief intro scene and then put you right into the first round.
Dead Ops Arcade 2 plays similarly to the original with some fun new features thrown in. Be sure to grab the book when it appears as a pickup, (hint hint wink wink).
