It appears Leonardo DiCaprio’s latest romance has taken off. A-list actor Leonardo DiCaprio is reportedly smitten with blonde supermodel Gigi Hadid. DiCaprio is said to be “taken” with Gigi Hadid as she is “the type of woman he is usually attracted to.”
The Oscar-winning actor and the Vogue Cover girl have been spending time together in New York City. According to a source, he is happy they are getting to know each other as she is “his type.”

The insider relayed that the 47-year-old actor has become very smitten with Gigi, 27. This comes after photos of the pair leaning into each other at a Manhattan party held at Casa Cipriani made headlines.
“They like each other and are having a good time,” a film source revealed, adding that “he is taken with Gigi.” The blonde bombshell seemingly embodies DiCaprio’s preference in women. The Django Unchained star previously dated supermodels Gisele Bundchen, Bar Refaeli, and Toni Garrn. His last romance was with Camila Morrone, a brunette actress. “She is the type of woman he is usually attracted to,” the source added in reference to Gigi.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Gigi Hadid have known each other for a while now, and the source confirmed it by saying:
“They sort of run in the same high profile circles and would see each other at events, clubs, restaurants and gatherings.”
The pair are reportedly “getting to know each other” less than a month after the end of his four-year relationship with Morrone, 25. Gigi is also going through a recent breakup. The Guest In Residence founder ended things with One Direction boy bander Zayn Malik in October 2021. The former couple dated on and off for five years and share two-year-old Khai.
A pattern With Leonardo DiCaprio’s Love Life?
According to Daily Mail, DiCaprio’s split with Morrone occurred shortly after her birthday in July. This resulted in a widely spread online joke about the actor seemingly only dating women under age 25. The latest breakup seemingly reinforced a pattern the Inception star had of only publicly dating women below the age of 25.
Back in July, Leonardo had been photographed with 22-year-old Ukrainian model Maria Beregova during his trip to Saint-Tropez. Beregova reverted to using her maiden name after divorcing her husband Abdelhafid, 30, while on the same trip where she was pictured with the Titanic star.
