RHOC David Beador’s wife has claimed that she has officially filed for divorce. The couple married in 2020 and had a daughter together, and all seemed okay. Well, honestly, nothing seemed okay, and this felt inevitable. But this story is sort of all mixed up right now, as details are leaking slowly with nothing being proven quite yet. Rumor is he had filed first but then chose to dismiss. The couple was even seen together on social media since the news. For that reason alone, people are sure what is solid news yet and what is just online rumors. Now the newest rumor is BOTH have filed for divorce from each other.
But the Superior Court of California in Orange County has spoken up and said no one has filed for a dismissal of his initial filing. Basically, there is a cavalcade of misinformation out there regarding these two right now. All we know is there is a divorce petition between these two now, officially. We just can’t be sure who filed it.

“I am filing for divorce,” the actress, 38, announced on Instagram alongside a photo of her holding her and David’s daughter, Anna Love, while on a beach. “While this is not what I would have ever expected, it is what is best.” Lesley added, “I value myself and the happiness and well-being of my children. I am so grateful for a tremendous circle of friends and family who support me”. The mother of three concluded by saying she is “looking forward” to a “bright and happy future with my beautiful kiddos.
RHOC David Beador’s wife claimed divorce, and he supposedly he dismissed. But they ARE divorcing, so why so much conjecture out there? As of now, though, we have multiple reports with no details quite set in stone. We are sure there is much more to this story, so expect a follow up at some point soon.
