The indie-hit Vampire Survivors is finally out and brings along a bunch of tweaks, improvements, as well as new features. One of the most interesting ones is the Inverse Mode and Gracia’s Mirror; read about these new Vampire Survivors additions below.

What is Inverse Mode in Vampire Survivors?

Vampire Survivors added a new game mode called Inverse Mode which allows players to play the entire game upside down and give huge (I mean, huge) buffs to your character: +200% Gold bonus and +20% Luck bonus. Sounds topsy-turvy, right? But it also comes with another challenge, which adds +200% more health as well as giving +5% Max Health every minute and +1% movement speed every 2 minutes to all enemies in the game.

Fortunately, to compensate for the huge difficulty spike, the Merchant will have an expanded inventory, selling you additional Skips, Banishes, Rerolls, and an extra Arcana that will increase the maximum amount of Arcanas you can carry by one.

Inverse Mode definitely offers a new and challenging method to play the game. However, you must first get Gracia’s Mirror Relic in order to access the Inverse Mode in Vampire Survivors.

How to Get Gracia’s Mirror and Unlock Inverse Mode

Obtaining Gracia’s Mirror and unlocking the Inverse Mode are pretty much one of the same. With that in mind, these are the things you need to do to get them. First, you have to collect all 11 Relics in the game:

  1. Ars Gouda
  2. Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane
  3. Glass Vizard
  4. Golden Egg
  5. Great Gospel
  6. Grim Grimoire
  7. Magic Banger
  8. Milky Way Map
  9. Mindbender
  10. Sorceress’ Tears
  11. Yellow Sign

Doing this will unlock the Eudaimonia M secret level. There, you can talk to a Divine Entity, and you will get two choices:

  • Too Hard.
  • Too Easy.

Like the badass vampire hunter that you are, you will need to pick the Too Easy option. And at that point, you should unlock the new 12th Relic, Gracia’s Mirror, and get the ability to play Inverse Mode whenever you want. If you find the upside-down level layout to be nauseating, you can also turn it off in the Options.
