To obtain Creature in High on Life, you need to beat the Skrendel Bros and unlock the Skrendel Labs. The Skrendel Bros bounty is the next mission that awaits you after you defeat Douglas and Krubis. So, the Creature in High on Life is just a boss fight away.
Use your jetpack to enter the Skrendel Labs, kill a few enemies and solve a couple of intriguing puzzles. Once in the Skrendel Labs, you will hear loud groans and learn a few terrible secrets.
