It is depressing to think about having anybody else be the Avengers besides the ones many of us grew up watching be the Avengers. However, it is time for a new generation of heroes to step up to the plate. None of these are really official yet, but they are rumored by many to the point that it makes us wonder, who will be the new Avengers in the MCU? Phase 5 and 6 are coming up fast, and Marvel has shown their wanting of a new hero generation, especially with hardly any heroes being left after Endgame. So far, we can see Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Shang-Chi, and others forming the soon-to-be new Avengers.

A New Generation Of Heroes

So far, it seems the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been setting this up perfectly for these heroes to take over the legacy of the Avengers. So far, it looks like Sam Wilson, who originally played the Falcon, will take over as Captain America after being given his shield. Ms. Marvel, who started out as a fan of Captain Marvel, now has powers and probably will be joining this team, as well as She-Hulk, who is the cousin of Burce Banner and now has Hulk-like abilities, and Shang-Chi, who is a new hero.

There was a tweet showing what was to be believed as the new team of heroes showing both Captain Marvel included and Black Panther, now King T-Challa’s sister. It also could be possible that Ant-Man could be leading the team since he is an OG Avenger member. There will probably also be a generation group possibly in the MCU unless we get a movie about how they all come together like we did in Marvel’s: The Avengers.

As for further rumors about heroes being in the team, all-in-all is Wong, Shang-Chi, Doctor Strange, Sam Wilson’s Captain America, War Machine, which is still heavily rumored, Ironheart, and Spider-Man, depending on future events. There is no official announcements for these heroes or who will be in upcoming movies. We will keep you posted.
