Does Stranded Deep have an ending? When you find yourself on an island in the endless ocean, you can give up hope to break free of this trap of nature. And besides, you came into the game to experience all the delights of survival in a dangerous environment. But moving further, you can find a lot of strange buildings, mechanical parts, and craft a lot of technological devices. Over time, the thought of getting out of the arms of the ocean does not seem like a pipe dream, and everyone has the same question. Does Stranded Deep have an ending? Well, we have prepared some information on this topic.

What Is the Ending in Stranded Deep?

If you are only interested answer to the question, then Yes, Stranded Deep has a canonical ending. After meeting definite requirements, you will complete the game’s story and see the end game. As you explore the many uninhabited islands, sooner or later, you will know how to complete the game. And if you don’t want spoilers, you shouldn’t continue reading this guide. But if you’re tired of endless survivals and want to see the ending cutscene, we’ll detail the game ending below.

When you visit one of the many islands in Stranded Deep, you’ll find a small broken Plane. You must defeat three boss creatures, after which you can repair the plane. Once you’ve done that, you can enter the inside and take off, after which the final cut scene will begin. You fly into the sunset, and it seems this is the end. But after the screen dims, you will see yourself flying through the night sky and suddenly crashing into another plane. After that, the perspective switches to the plane passenger. And we see that what is happening repeats what happened to you.

The game ends with a new survivor standing on the island and waiting for the same adventures full of dangers that you had to go through. The game leaves the ending open to speculation. Perhaps everything that happened to you just dreamed before survival. Or the islands are cursed and always require a sacrifice. Or maybe you’re dead or caught in a time loop. The developers did not give an exact answer to this question since everyone must answer this question themselves.

Stranded Deep is available on PC, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One.
