This article is over 3 years old and may contain outdated information.

First of all, it is worth noting that you can get TM 159 Leaf Storm in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet in three ways:

  • Receive as a reward from Battle League Rep.
  • Craft on TM Machine.
  • Find in the vastness of Paldea. We don’t recommend this option as the only point with this TM is in The Great Crater of Paldea. And by the time you get there, you’ll have enough resources to craft as many TM 159 Leaf Storms as you need.

First, you should focus on Battle League Rep. You can find this NPC near the Pokemon Center in the southern part of North Province Area Three. This place is on the border with Glaseado Mountain, so many people think this Pokemon Center belongs to this location.

To receive the TM 159 Leaf Storm as a reward from Battle League Rep, you must win four victories against Trainers in North Province Area Three. You will meet six trainers in this location, so you can choose which ones are easier for you. The average level of Pokemon is 45-46, and the types of Pokemon differ from trainer to trainer. And once you complete this requirement, return to the Battle League Rep and get your first Leaf Storm TM.
