How to Complete the Perfect Sandstorm Achievement in Genshin Impact
This hidden achievement was added in Version 3.4 when the story of Sumeru became more focused on the desert part and its mysteries. So you must head to the Dendro Nation, specifically the Desert of Hadramaveth. However, if you don’t have access to the Desert of Hadramaveth yet, you must complete the Golden Slumber series and The Dirge of Bilqis quest first. During The Dirge of Bilqis, Katheryne will give you a letter from Ms. Jeht, who asks you to meet her at the Tanit Camps in the Desert of Hadramaveth.
With the desert unlocked, you can finally focus on getting the Perfect Sandstorm achievement by following these two simple steps:
- Go to the Desert of Hadramaveth, where you can locate a sandstorm. Bear in mind that there is no specific time or location for the sandstorm; it occurs randomly in that region. So walk around there until you spot a sandstorm.
- All you have to do is glide or walk into it and wait for a few seconds. Then, on your screen, will pop-up the Perfect Sandstorm achievement unlocked.
The achievements don’t usually give many Primogems, but the trick is finding as many as possible. Always guide yourself by your handbook, as some have more instructions on how to complete them. Or, in the case of the Perfect Sandstorm, it forces you to go to a new area, so if you are already making an effort to go to the Genshin Impact desert, take advantage of it to look for chests in the area, too.
