Want to know how to move furniture in Hogwarts Legacy? It’s no secret that moving various objects from place to place – is a simple action for any wizard in the world of JK Rowling. So you may be disappointed that you cannot move everything you want in Hogwarts Legacy. Almost all decorations and furniture in the game are in place, and you cannot move these. However, do not be upset because after visiting the famous and mysterious Room of Requirement, you can rebuild it at your discretion. You can create, modify and move furniture in Hogwarts Legacy only in this room, and we will tell you how to do it.
How to Move Furniture in Hogwarts Legacy
As we said, to move Furniture in Hogwarts Legacy, you must unlock and visit the Room of Requirement and then use one of the three spells learned in this place. To unlock the Room of Requirement, you must complete the Tomes and Tribulations quest. During this quest, you will have to find Headmistress Weasley in the Astronomy Tower. And while you wait for her in the designated place, you will “accidentally” find the Room of Requirement.
After a short conversation with Headmistress Weasley, you will receive The Room of Requirement Quest, during which you will learn three new spells: Evanesco, Conjuring, and Altering. Using two of these, you can move furniture in Hogwarts Legacy, and here’s how to do it:
- Conjuring. Using this spell, you can create any furniture by spending some Moonstones. Once you have decided on the decoration, move it to the right place by pointing there with your wand.
- Altering. With this spell, you can select furniture in the Room of Requirement to transfigure, move, or change the color or size of that item.
Unlike previous spells, using Evanesco will destroy a piece of furniture and give you a certain amount of Moonstones in return.
Also, it is worth noting that the Room of Requirement is the only place where you can move furniture. Another play furniture is static, and you can’t move it unless required by the story. Also, the famous Wingardium Leviosa spell won’t help you in this task. You can no doubt make small objects levitate, but this effect does not apply to the furniture inside and outside Hogwarts.
