If you were waiting for the next round of monthly DLC for Halo 5: Guardians, you are going to have to wait just a little bit longer. The next batch of free DLC has been pushed to early April.
The delay for Ghosts of Meridian is relatively minor since 343 usually pushes out the content regular mid-month or end-of-the-month schedule. The company is making up for the extra little bit of wait time by giving players some extra info on recent changes, plans for experimental modes, and the usual community spotlight.
One of the things missing in Halo 5: Guardians was the inclusion of fan-favorite mode Firefight. Even after missing from Halo 4, 343 has listened to the fans and are working on the new Warzone Firefight mode. This new mode will allow players to team up against the enemy AI in a similar way to previous Firefight iterations. This mode will also allow players to use their custom armor and colors to show off to other Spartans.
343 Industries seems to be listening to the fans despite what many people on the internet want to claim. Halo 5: Guardians, despite having some problems with the campaign, is going strong on the multiplayer front. Here’s hoping that 343 will support their future titles the way that Halo 5 has been supported.
