Hogwarts Legacy remains one of the most played games of the season. It isn’t a surprise given how big the game’s launch was and how great it scored in many reviews, including ours. However, the game does have some difficulties that are still happening after more than a month of release. Xbox players have reported some issues with their achievements in Hogwarts Legacy. It seems that some of them are not tracking correctly making some users miss some of the early achievements. This is a bit weird but not uncommon as it has happened on other platforms.
The Xbox achievements of Hogwarts Legacy have tracking issues
One user mentioned on Reddit that one of the first achievements of the game isn’t showing for some. The one we’re talking about is the sorting ceremony achievement. This one should be unlocked for many as it is part of the first hours of the story. The funny thing is that the achievement for getting your first talent has a higher unlock rate than the previous one. This means that the achievements on Xbox have some issues and we don’t know if Hogwarts Legacy’s developers are planning to fix them.

While some people just play for the story, others love to complete a game. We already know that the game takes quite a while to beat and even more if you want that 100% completion rate. This news is bad for those players as they will now have to wait for a patch to track the achievements correctly. While it isn’t official that these are indeed issues for the achievements of Hogwarts Legacy on Xbox, it is still weird. We haven’t seen any official announcements from the developers so it could be a glitch for a few players. Still, it is something that needs a fix nonetheless. If you’re not experiencing these problems, then you’re good to go. You’ll be able to enjoy one of the best games of 2023 so far without any issues.
