SnapMap allows user-generated content to be created, played and shared easily across the Doom community, meaning you’ll be able to play with new game modes and maps created by your fellow gamer. Id Software plans to offer content updates for SnapMap including map modules; props and objects; additional features and functionality; AI enhancements; editing tool enhancements and more according to the Bethesda website.

Three premium DLC packs have also just been announced for Doom that will include a number of new maps, hack modules, playable demons, weapons and more. The first DLC pack is set to release this summer 2016, with each individual pack costing $14.99. A season pass will also be available for $39.99 which gets you a $5 discount.
