I know there are plenty of people still stewing about that finale of season six of the Walking Dead, but fear not…well Fear the Walking Dead but don’t…let’s just move on. Fear the Walking Dead premieres this Sunday, April 10th and will have a full season run of 15 episodes. Season one of Fear the Walking Dead followed the same path as the first season of Walking Dead, only consisting of six episodes. The first episode titled “Monster” will pick up almost immediately after the finale of season one where our survivors are headed out to the Abigail, a boat owned by the mysterious Victor Strand.

The first episode “Monster” will unfold entirely aboard the Abigail as our characters cope with the events of last season along with the dangers of the world they now face on both land and water. Is there a safe haven anywhere or is the whole world doomed? How will Chris cope with the death of his mother Liza and just who is Victor Strand, and furthermore can he be trusted? While the Walking Dead is addressing life after the apocalypse, Fear the Walking Dead is dealing with life during it…as it unfolds. Be sure to tune into AMC this Sunday for the premiere.
