To get Wolf Tail in Resident Evil 4 Remake, you must complete the game in Assisted mode. Moreover, you must get an S+ Rank. And although this is not so difficult to do in Assisted mode, you must take into account several main conditions:

  • Complete the game in less than five hours and 30 minutes.
  • You must not make more than 15 saves. (Autosaves don’t count)

And by fulfilling these conditions, you will unlock Wolf Tail in Resident Evil 4. But you also need to get 2000 CP to purchase this accessory from the Extra Content Shop. Luckily, this is easy to do by simply completing other challenges.
