In the name of the Moon, rejoice! An entire museum exhibition dedicated to Sailor Moon is on its way to Tokyo, Japan.ย An official Sailor Moonย Exhibition website has kicked off to count down and celebrate what’s to come.
The exhibit is joining the Tokyoย City View Observation Deck Sky Gallery in Roppongi Hills. Kick off for the exhibit begins on April 16th and ends on June 19th. Ticket holdersย can look forward to exhibitions featuring the art from the manga, show, and comic series. The adjacentย Museum Cafe and Restaurantย have plans to collaborate with the theme to introduce special Sailor Moon themed food and drinks.ย That Tuxedo Mask spaghetti is looking pretty appetizing, wouldn’t you agree?
Premium advance ticket holders will also get a special gift. The “Small Lady Set” is aย recreation of a gift package given to readers of Nakayoshi magazine who entered into a specialย contest duringย both October and September 1993. It includes aย Secret Key pendant, a Magical Mirror key chain, and comes wrapped together in a Chibiusa Power Up Pouch. Premium tickets will also include entry into the nearby Mori Museum. This special package will be on sale forย or 2,800 yen, or around $25 USD.
If you’re not into the Small Lady Set, you will be able to choose the design of the ticket from illustrations onย the covers of the newly republished Sailor Moon comics. These will only put you back about 1,800 yen, or around $16 USD, and are only available if you order them in advance.
