Do you want to know how to get Regieleki in Pokemon Go? The Legendary Electric Titan is making its debut in Pokemon Go.

Regieleki will appear for the first time in this augmented-reality video game in a few days during the Elite Raid. Trainers will have a great chance to add this Galar region Pokemon to their Pokedex. However, this won’t be an easy feat, but we are here to help you catch it. This guide will show you how to get Regieleki in Pokemon Go.

How to Catch Regieleki in Pokemon Go?

On April 9, 2023, Regieleki will be featured in Elite Raids for a limited time of 30 minutes each at 11 am, 2 pm, and 5 pm local time. You are required to attend the event in person. This will make the Remote Raid Passes unusable for remote players. During this time you will be able to get Regieleki in Pokemon Go.

Elite Raid Regieleki will hatch from an Elite Raid Egg. It will appear at an EX Gym and will take 2 hours to hatch. Once the egg hatches, there will be a 30 minute window to complete the raid.

Since the window is a short one, Niantic has recommended that trainers to download the Campfire app to find the EX Gym locations easier.

You will, of course, need to defeat this Electric Legendary to get Regieleki in Pokemon Go. It will be a tough opponent since it is a part of the Elite Raid, so you better prepare for the battle of the ages.

Regieleki uses the following moveset:

  • Fast Attack: Thunder Shock (Electric-type) OR Lock-On (Normal-type)
  • Charged Attack: Hyper Beam (Normal-type) OR Zap Cannon (Electric-type) OR Thunder (Electric-type)

Now, you will need the best counter Pokemon to use in the battle to get Regieleki in Pokemon Go. Since this is an Electric-type Pokemon, your best options are Ground-type Pokemon. Some of the best choices include:

  • Groundon
  • Rhyperior
  • Excadrill
  • Garchomp
  • Landrous

If you are wondering whether this Galar region Legendary can be shiny, the answer is no. Regieleki is debuting in Pokemon Go, and as such, there won’t be a shiny version of it until much later. This is quite normal for the game as Shiny versions are added sometime later following Pokemon debut.

Furthermore, if you are interested, alongside Regieleki, trainers will be treated with Exclusive Timed Research. Once completed, you will receive Candy for Registeel, Regice, and Regirock.
