And finally, perform Exorcism using the appropriate item depending on the maps.

Abandoned House. Go to the room with the ghost, take the Candle, and wait until the entity blows it out. Next, use the Ecto Glass to see the ghost and the Photo Camera to take a photo of the entity. Find five fingers throughout the house and in the basement and burn them.
Cyclone Street. Find the Time of Death somewhere on the wall clock in the house. A little later, enter the same time on the other three antique clocks in the house to Exorcism.
Hospital. Find three Shotgun parts in random places in the Hospital and craft them into the weapon. Find the ghost and shoot it to perform an Exorcism.
