As we said, Guardian’s Laments is an advanced level-up material in Honkai Star Rail. You will need it to upgrade Traces. It is the same as talents in Genshin Impact, so if you want your favorite character to shine, you will need a lot of these materials. But for higher levels of Traces, you will need high-level materials. Guardian’s Laments is one of the rarest 4-star materials, as it can only be obtained by fighting one of the strongest bosses in the game.

How to Get Guardian’s Laments

So to get Guardian’s Laments in Honkai Star Rail, you have to complete the story missions first until you reach the “In the Dangerous Muddy Swamp” mission. Around the time of this mission, you will be able to unlock the Echo of War feature. Then select End of the Eternal Freeze Echo of War and fight Cocolia again. Doing this will earn you various rewards, including Light Cones and Guardian’s Laments. Please note that you must have 30 Trailblaze Power to claim the rewards every time.

Echo of War is the same Boss domain as in Genshin Impact. In other words, you can terrorize the poor bosses every week until you have enough materials or Light Cones that you need. Moreover, the higher the Equilibrium level, the better rewards you can get. And since you can only fight Echoes of War three times a week, farming Guardian’s Laments will take quite a long time. That effort is worth it, as you can make your team much stronger.

That’s all you need to know about how to get Guardian’s Laments in Honkai Star Rail. This advanced material will come in handy if you want to upgrade characters like Seele, so, follow our advice to get it as soon as possible.
