How To Get Saint Achievement
So, to get Saint achievement in Honkai Star Rail, you need to collect Praise of High Morals 20 times. It is quite hard to do since this item cannot be farmed by killing enemies or found in locations. Instead, you should look for various interactive events and choose the most highly moral options for action.
Most of the events in which you must make a choice can be repeated to make the right choice and get the Praise of High Morals. However, in some interactive events, you have only one chance. For example, you can find a mailbox with two letters sticking out of it near the Goethe Hotel in the Administrative District. If you push both of them into the mailbox, you will receive the Praise of High Morals. But if you choose another option, you will not receive the Praise of High Morals and will no longer be able to interact with this mailbox.

Saint achievement is so hard to get in Honkai Star Rail because even a week after release, players couldn’t find all the Praise of High Morals. The developers have tried to hide them in the most obscure and inconspicuous places in the game. And if you really want to get it, you’ll have to search every centimeter of the locations and interact with every item in Honkai Star Rail.
