Given how Tears of the Kingdom is a sequel to Breath of the Wild, it is normal to expect most of its systems to return. While some are the same, such as Korok Seeds, others have different names but function similarly. This time, Tears of the Kingdom introduces Sage’s Wills, which are items you’ll need to improve how Sages work in your party. Luckily for you, we’ll tell you how to get them and use them. So, buckle up because this time you’ll explore Hyrule to get some new currency that will make your journey much easier.

Let’s start with the location of these items. To get Sage’s Wills in Tears of the Kingdom, you must travel to the Sky Islands and search for specific chests that house these Wills. There’s usually some puzzle-solving tied to them, so you’ll use your abilities creatively to get them. This is great because it encourages players to try and use the new systems and rewards them with some great items. While some are easier to get than others, you must be patient for the hardest ones if you truly want to get all of Sage’s Wills.

How To Use Sage’s Wills in Tears of the Kingdom

Once you have some Sage’s Wills, it is time to learn how to use them in Tears of the Kingdom. All you have to do is head to a Goddess Statue and offer four Sage’s Wills to strengthen your bond with the Sage you want. We recommend you do this as soon as you have four Wills because it’ll improve your exploring and combat abilities in the game. As always, using your map to track the statues and how to reach them is important.

While many prefer to focus on the story of heading straight for the boss, we recommend doing everything this game throws at you. Many things to find and do will improve your experience and make your playthrough more manageable. Even if the combat seems simple, the game can be quite hard. Ultimately, it is a sandbox game that’ll test your skills and patience at every turn.

And now that you know how to use and get Sage’s Wills in Tears of the Kingdom, it is time to explore the new islands above Hyrule, and we hope you find all of these items soon.
