Before we begin listing the Echoes tier list for Harry Potter Magic Awakened, there’s one important thing to remember. The game provides many combinations for Spell Cards and Echoes, making them extremely situational. Specific builds can easily counter certain Cards and might have much better synergy with a specific Card. The Best Way to Upgrade Echoes in Harry Potter Magic Awakened

To unlock the full potential of the unique attributes of each Echoes, you have to upgrade them. First, complete the Forbidden Forest tutorial to access the Echoes menu. Then you can upgrade your Harry Potter Magic Awakened Echoes to Level 16 by:

Using other Echo Cards.
Using Echo Crystals.

Spending unused Cards to upgrade the Echo you need is much more recommended. Because resources such as Crystals are more valuable than Echo Cards, which you can easily farm, last but not least, you should start getting Legendary Echoes in Haunted Hallow 8, Deathly Dell 4, and Solo-Exploration 25.
