Alongside running her CALIA athleisurewear line, Carrie Underwood is also founder of her Fit52 workout app. The American Idol winner now has an army of fans following the Fit52 Instagram, where she herself is a semi-regular. In a recent video, Fit52 showed off some travel-friendly workout moves that can be done just about anywhere. Carrie showed off her fit figure while training from a yoga mat. She was also likely outfitted in apparel from her 2015-founded CALIA brand.

Training her famous legs, Carrie showed off low squat tap-outs. Delivering her reps carefully, the blonde used a resistance band to keep her legs closer together. She stuck to a simple, but stylish gym look comprised of skintight black leggings, plus a dark aqua tank top.
Flaunting her gym-honed arms and shoulders, Carrie embraced her usual fuss-free style as she wore her light locks back in a ponytail. The video also featured models delivering different moves.
