The country singer, 39, continues to make headlines for running her Fit52 app, founded in 2020. In a recent Instagram share, Fit52 featured Carrie Underwood as she showed off both her workout moves and her legs. The American Idol winner rocked leggy shorts in one snap and leggings in another. Fans saw her in “working out” mode, plus “stretching,” “hydrating,” and “nourishing” ones.

The mom of two was enjoying a weight workout while in flimsy white shorts in one shot. Meanwhile, another showed her stretching her legs as she rocked a skintight pair of leggings. The “nourishing” version of Carrie showed her indoors, in a kitchen. Here, the singer held a bowl of herbs as she rocked a cute pink sweater. The final photo showed Carrie Underwood’s Instagram fans that this fitness queen is one that stays hydrated by holding a bottle of water.
