Trump has been less than forthcoming when it comes to the Epstein Files. Many reporters have tried, and many have failed, to get an answer from him regarding their existence. The job of a journalist is to report the truth, and some are bolder than others. One reporter aboard Air Force One recently decided to shoot her shot, and the response was beyond degrading. As the flight to Palm Beach was preparing to take off, the president revealed his true nature toward women.
As the reporter poses her question about the Epstein files, Trump can be seen bending toward her face. As he holds up a finger, he says, “Quiet, piggy.” The sentiment, which is only two words, speaks volumes about the president’s lack of respect toward reporters and women as a whole. As the video began circulating, people had opinions to share… and none were good.
“Now you see how he likes to talk to his victims. Look at the smirk on his face when he gets away with talking to her like that,” says one Reddit user. “Anybody who has been around abusive people knows that look and tone.” Another person adds, “Sounds defensive. I’m watching the press conference right now with the victims, and they are ripping Trump apart. Great way to start the morning.”
Others question the professionalism of his comments, expressing concern for the remainder of his presidency. “I miss having a respectful, courteous, eloquent president. If this guy is an example for Future men, our country is doomed. Idiocracy is becoming more real every day,” one user says. Another replies, “I pray for Impeachment and prosecution of the worst president in U.S. history. Literally anyone else would be in jail for decades for the multiple felonies and misdemeanors that he has committed and continues to commit regularly.”
