Want to know how to get the Vinegaroon Horn mount in FFXIV? Although Final Fantasy XIV offers players a huge variety of in-game activities, one of the strengths of this game is the mounts. After all, no matter how strong monsters you encounter in different locations, be sure that you will be able to ride them sooner or later. One of these mounts is a powerful and dangerous dinosaur named Vinegaroon. Previously, you could fight this creature in the Dravanian Forelands of Dravania, but also you can get it as a mount. Fortunately, you can get the Vinegaroon Horn mount in FFXIV for free with enough effort.

To get the Vinegaroon Horn mount in FFXIV, visit Guildship Hunt Vendors J’lakshai or Wilmetta and pay 3200 Sack of Nuts. You can find Wilmetta in the Radz-at-Han area at coordinates X:10.5 Y:7.4. As for J’lakshai, she is waiting for you in Old Sharlayan at coordinates X:11.9 Y:13.2.

As for the Sack of Nuts in-game currency, you can farm it by participating in various hunts in the Shadowbringers and Endwalker areas. Please note that you must complete several story quests of these campaigns to gain access to hunts. After that, you will be able to receive an average of 15 to 100 Sack of Nuts by participating in the following activities:

  • Daily and Weekly Nutsy Clan Hunt. This activity is unlocked after completing the Nuts to You quest. You can accept this quest at level 70 by talking to Hume Loutin in The Crystarium (coordinates X:12.1, Y: 15.0). At the same time, you can only accept this quest after completing the Elite and Dangerous and Travelers of Norvrandt quests.
  • Guildship Hunt. This activity is unlocked after completing The Hunt for Specimens quest. You can accept this quest at level 80 by talking to Diminutive Gleaner in Old Sharlayan (coordinates X:11.2, Y:12.0). But like before, you will have to complete the Elite and Dangerous and Old Sharlayan, New to You quests as a prerequisite.
  • Elite Marks. Hunting Elite Marks is the most efficient activity for farming Sack of Nuts. You only need to join a strong guild and participate in Elite Marks activities. Elite enemies drop a lot of Sack of Nuts, and a large group of players will quickly kill any opponent.
