The Exit Through The Sector Alpha DMZ mission requires you to enter the Koshcei Complex again for a new assignment. The Crown faction wants an experienced operator on the field to scan two stairwells in Koschei Complex’s Defense Research Division in DMZ with a Geiger Counter. This mission has two parts, and you must be ready to fight skilled enemy soldiers and open secret bunkers after entering the Oasis entrance of the Koschei Complex. Ready for battle soldier? “Exit Through The Sector Alpha” Objectives
- Locate the two stairwell exits in the Defense Research Division.
- Scan each exit stairwell with a Geiger Counter.
To start, The Sector Alpha is a DMZ mission; you need to head toward the Oasis entry of the Koschei Complex. This entry is located on the north side of the Al-Mazrah map, and you can see it in the image below. Once you get there, some ruined buildings will be buried in dust. Now before proceeding, you need a Geiger Counter. This item can be found as ground loot or by completing Radioactive Material contracts. However, if you didn’t find one, you can also obtain a Geiger Counter inside the Koschei Complex. Now, let’s head to Defense Division, shall we?
Where is Defense Research Division in Koschei Complex DMZ?
There’s a location inside the Koschei Complex called the Factory Admin, which has a section called the Defense Research Division. Now there are two ways that you can access this location:
First Method: The first method for reaching the Defense Research Division in DMZ is to enter the Koschei Complex from the Oasis secret entry. This is the easiest way of completing The Sector Alpha, a DMZ mission, and will give you an alternate method of entering the complex from the Research Defense Division.
Second Method: If you cannot enter the Koschei Complex from Oasis entry for any reason, you can reach the Defense Research Division another way. You must enter any of the Koschei Complex’s bunker doors this time and proceed until you reach the Chemical Plant. From there, find a key called the “Factory Admin Key.” Then use the key to open a bunker inside the Chemical Plant with the same name. Now, if you proceed forward and reach the shop area, you’ll find the Defense Research Division.
Where Are The Two Stairwell Exits in The Sector Alpha DMZ mission?
The DRD section of the Koschei Complex has three parts. You’ll reach these sections much faster if you enter the complex from the Oasis bunker. Here you need to follow the arrows on the wall and reach a section filled with high radiation. You can also find a Geiger Counter in this area if you haven’t got any.
As you proceed, there’ll be bunker doors that you need to open to continue your way. When you clear the first section, you’ll reach an empty area in between. Looking around this section, you’ll see a stairwell blocked by barricades and a lock. Press the LB/L1 button to use your Geiger Counter when nearby and proceed to the second section.
You’ll find the second stairwell exit after you clear the second bunker doors and proceed to the third section. Scan the jammed stairwell with your Geiger Counter once more, and the Exit Through The Sector Alpha DMZ mission will be complete.
