Scrolling through the Metroidvanias dark-adventure Blasphemous 2, you will uncover a number of mysterious objects. The Cloth of the Old Woman is a key item in completing one of the in-game achievements. Once you have the item, you can give it to NPCs in the Palace of the Embroideries to receive Trifon’s Remembrance. However, this depends on your previous choices and actions. While the game is pretty mysterious about the Cloth of the Old Woman location, just like other special items, it is one of the early items, and it won’t take too long into the game to obtain it.
Where To Find Cloth of the Old Woman in Blasphemous 2
You can get the Cloth of the Old Woman in Blasphemous 2 by exploring the Sacred Entombment area. It’s found in the room next to the central Prieu Dieu. Ring the bells, use platforms, and jump to the ledge for the cloth. However, it is not that simple task, but just follow these steps, and you will have the Cloth of the Old Woma in your hands in less than a minute:
- Location: Reach the Sacred Entombment area.
- Find the Room: What you need to do now is locate the room adjacent to the central Prieu Dieu spot.
- Bell and Platform: Once inside the room, spot a bell in the lower left corner. Use the Veredicto to ring the bell.
- Spawn Platforms: When the bell rings, the platforms will appear on the right side of the room.
- Ring Another Bell: Now, you need to ring the second bell, which will activate more platforms. You are now on the right path to get the Cloth of the Old Woman.
- Platforming: You need to quickly move across the newly formed platforms towards the upper left side. However, make sure that you are not too early on the platforms and that they aren’t disappearing.
- Follow the Pathway: Now, as you rush back, a pathway will appear. You need to walk along it and reach your destination.
- Ledge with Cloth: You’ll see a ledge on the left side of the pathway. The cloth you are looking for rests on this ledge.
- Final Jump: Jump towards the upper left side to reach and collect the Cloth of the Old Woman.
How To Use Cloth of the Old Woman
This special cloth helps you unlock the Two Old Ones Eating Soup achievement, but you will also need the Scroll of the Elder. Visit the Palace of Embroideries’ dinner room after obtaining the cloth. Outcomes depend on who’s alive:
- Old Man Alive: Give him the Cloth for Trifon’s Remembrance.
- Old Woman Alive: Give her the Scroll of the Elder for Castula’s Remembrance.
