You can find this consumable in the Resources tab of almost any general goods merchant. The Cosmetic cost is only 8 Credits, and the supply of vendors rarely exceeds 20 units of this product.

If you need more than what is available, sit on the nearest chair and wait 24-48 hours. This time will be enough for the seller to replenish the assortment, and you can buy more of the necessary material.
