  1. Open https://store.monsterhunternow.com/offer-redemption.
  2. Log in using your Monster Hunter Now account.
  3. Enter the offer code and ensure you don’t use any spaces.
  4. Press the Apply button.
  5. After the code has been redeemed, open the Monster Hunter Now app again on your phone.
  6. Confirm the redemption rewards screen on your phone.
  7. If the confirmation screen does not show up, try restarting the app.
  8. If the message “The code has already been redeemed and the item has been granted” appears, you might have already accepted the rewards. Restart the app and check your Item Box to be sure.

If your Monster Hunter Now Item Box is full, you will not be able to claim the redemption code rewards. Make sure you make a room when you are going to claim them.

You must have a Google account linked to your Monster Hunter Now account to redeem a redemption code. If you are using an Apple account, you can do so from within the app. The addition and deletion of linked accounts will take effect for all Niantic games if you use the same login as Pokemon Go.
