This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

In Lords of the Fallen, there are six stats that you can level up, and Radiance and Inferno are two of them, but they are slightly different from the others. These stats are responsible for mastery of magic and the ability to cast powerful spells. While the game offers somewhat vague descriptions of these effects, we’ll explain everything in detail so you can easily comprehend how both stats work.

In general, Radiance and Inferno are very similar to each other, except for the effects and capabilities they provide. By leveling up Radiance, you will gain access to weapons that require Radiance stats and the ability to cast Radiant Spells. Radiance is geared toward those who prefer a calm and precise fighting style. This magic stat offers a solid selection of spells for protection and healing, in addition to offensive attacks.

Depending on the level of this skill, in addition to new spells, you will also notice other changes, such as an increase in mana. Also, as we mentioned above, you can find and buy weapons that require upgrading this stat to use. The following items belong to the Radiance weapons:

  • Orian Preacher’s Hammer
  • Pieta’s Sword
  • Exacter Dunmire’s Cane
  • Hammer Of Holy Agony

If you like this stat and are planning to focus on it, the Orian Preacher starting class is a great choice.

Inferno is another stat that allows you to use magic, but it is more suitable for players with an aggressive fighting style. If you like to instill fear in your enemies and wreak havoc, then leveling up this stat will give you powerful Inferno Spells to set everything and everyone around you on fire.

As in the previous case, leveling up this characteristic will gradually increase your mana reserves so that you can use spells more often and in a larger variety. For gamers who focus on improving this stat, there are also several weapons that can be obtained by upgrading Inferno, namely:

  • Axe of the Flayed
  • Fungus-Encrusted Pickaxe
  • Grinning Axe
  • Raw Mangler Axe
  • Skinstealer Cleaver

If you like the benefits and spells that this stat provides, then choosing Pyric Cultist from the start is a great decision.
