First of all, it’s worth noting that you can get the Bold and the Braid Hairstyle in FFXIV in two ways:

First, you can buy it for six Aloalo Potsherds by completing Aloalo Island Dungeons.
Alternatively, you can trade with other players.

If you prefer the long and thorny path, you must unlock and visit the Aloalo Island Variant/ Criterion Dungeons. By completing these dungeons, you can earn Aloalo Potsherds and buy the coveted hairstyle. You only need to find the Trisassant NPC in Old Sharlayan and at the coordinates (X: 12.0, Y: 13.3). Look at his item list and buy this or any other item with the new currency.

To start a new challenge, you need to go to Old Sharlayan and talk to Shallow Moor at coordinates (X: 12.0, Y: 13.4). Many players who are hunting for more valuable Aloalo Island rewards can purchase several hairstyles to earn extra money on the sale. The price is unlikely high, so check the lists of items offered.
