The Grapple Glove is a mobility tool added to Fortnite in Chapter 3 Season 3. Due to its inclusion in Chapter 3 Season 3, it was originally not supposed to be included in the OG Fortnite Season, but the developers decided to add it. However, it is much harder to get your hands on the Grapple Glove in Fortnite OG than in previous seasons. The Grapple Glove has 30 charges in both ranked and normal modes, just like before.

Finding the Grapple Glove in Fortnite OG is a much more complex and painful process than it used to be. In fact, it’s almost as if the effort isn’t worth the pain. When the situation is this difficult, virtually no one in the game can get the Grapple Glove. Therefore, if you get it, you will be one step ahead of others and be much more mobile.
To find the Grapple Glove in Fortnite OG, you need to find a Rift Encounter. In this Rift Encounter, you will see a pink shed and an NPC in front of it. There is also a pink box inside, and when you open it, you can get your Grapple Glove in Fortnite OG. There is a 100% chance that you will get the Grapple Glove with this method.
However, you should keep in mind that these Rift Encounters are in completely random locations; they do not have a fixed position. Therefore, you have to find them by traveling around the map. Another method to find the Grapple Glove is through Supply Drops. You have a 40% chance of finding Grapple Glove from Supply Drops.
How To Use Grapple Glove in Fortnite OG
The Grapple Glove allows you to fight in or near a storm and escape to safety immediately after defeating your opponents in Fortnite. Apart from that, when you are caught in the crossfire, you can easily change your position and move to a more advantageous place with the Grapple Glove in Fortnite OG.
The Grapple Glove is similar in use to ODM Gear and Web Shooters but feels a bit clunkier than them. Trying to get on top of buildings with the Grapple Glove is extremely difficult, unlike with ODM Gear. Because when you get to the edge of the roof, the character launches itself backside, which makes it difficult to land on the roof.
