But to get it, you have to perform dozens of different Royal Winter Star Path duties. One of them will ask you to spend time with a Magical Mentor in Disney Dreamlight Valley. But of course, the game will not say who exactly this magical character is. Fortunately, in reality, everything turns out to be quite simple.
Who Is a Magical Mentor?
Spending time with a magical mentor duty is one of the very first tasks you have to complete in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It costs 10 Tokens, so you can even get a reward from the first page for it. However, as with previous Star Paths, no one will give you any clues about who the Magical Mentor is.
Dreamlight Valley has a lot of characters, and many of them are magical. However, almost none of them teach magic. No one except the wizard Merlin. That’s right, to spend time with a magical mentor in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need to hang out with Merlin. To be more precise, you need to walk with Merlin for 15 minutes. To do this, find this wizard on the map and go to him. Then interact with Merlin and select the Let’s hang out! option.
After that, you can do anything or nothing for 15 minutes to complete a “spend time with a magical mentor” duty. However, we recommend you collect resources while Merlin is with you, especially if you purchased A Rift in Time expansion. The Eternity Isle region has many resources that you will need to complete quests and craft new items. And if players take Merlin with them in the Mining role, they will collect a lot more resources in a short time.
