Kourtney Kardashian made instant headlines as she updated her Instagram ahead of the weekend with the first photos of newborn son Rocky. The reality star, 44, is fresh from a social media post showing herself, husband Travis Barker, and the couple’s first child.
Sharing tender snaps of her husband and her fourth child, Kourtney gained over 3.4 million likes for debuting her latest family member, and the celebrity response was immense, too.

Opening with a low-key snap as she rested her head in Travis’ lap, Kourtney twinned with her Blink 182 drummer hubby in black. Here, fans saw Travis holding his newborn baby.
A swipe right showed November-born Rocky’s tiny feet as Travis’ tattooed arms held them, with the next image showing Kourtney cradling her baby. The Poosh founder also included an adorable shot of Travis planting a kiss on his son’s head.
“ROCKY,” the Poosh founder wrote, adding a black heart emoji. Celebrity likes were left by mom Kris Jenner, sister Kendall Jenner, plus model Emily Ratajkowski and TikTok star Addison Rae. “Baby!!!!!!” came in as a comment from sibling Khloe Kardashian.
Kourtney had made headlines during her pregnancy as she revealed that fetal surgery “saved” her unborn baby’s life.
“I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life. I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock,” she told her Instagram fans while still expecting her son.
“And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this. As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery,” the Lemme CEO added.
Kourtney is already a mother of three, sharing kids Mason, Reign, and Penelope with ex, Scott Disick. Meanwhile, 47-year-old Travis shares Landon and Alabama with ex, Shanna Moakler.
“I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant. Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing,” Kardashian added in her September message.
