Penacony is very close to arriving in Honkai, and HoYoverse is preparing for its grand arrival with many surprises. Among the additions to the Honkai Star Rail 2.0 version planet might be a new mechanism that will allow players to create bridges to explore the Honkai Star Rail‘s map. These bridges are a kind of puzzle to reach all corners of the area and more chests. We will see how much innovation the game will bring with this first major expansion. There are already leaked characters and parts of the planet, but surely there is still more for the Astral Express.

In previous Trailblazer stops, players faced different forms of transportation, such as the Divination Commission’s Shifting Screen. Penacony might have its own mechanism for the expansion 2.0, a “fountain” of Dream Bubbles from which you will get charges. These bubbles will be helpful for the Dreamwalker skill; in specific locations on the map, you can use the charges to create bridges. But those bridges will not only cross from one side to the other but also allow players to walk on the walls. This mechanism is similar to how Perspective-Bending games work.

The spots where players can use this mechanic in Honkai will be protruding or concave corners marked on the 2.0 version maps. There are many more features awaiting players in Penaconny, similar to the arrival of Fontaine in Genshin Impact. Also, fans are expecting the arrival of Misha, Sunday, Black Swan, and many other playable characters.

For now, Honkai Star Rail version 2.0 could arrive next year. This will be around February 2024, when version 1.6 ends. Also, fans will see if HoYoverse prepared something special for Chinese New Year for their turn-based game or not.
