According to the report, a North Carolina court clerk stated that David and Jenelle are still dealing with his charges for allegedly attacking Jenelle’s teenage son, Jave Evans, back in September. David was reportedly in court on January 10 for the charges regarding Jace. However, per The Ashley, the court hearing was “uneventful,” so the child abuse case has been continued.
