This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

When you explore more areas in Palworld, you often find a lot of Eggs that you need to hatch to get the pal inside of it. Getting rare pals in Palworld, especially at the early stage of the game, is a bit difficult since you might only have primary weapons in your hand. But there are other ways, such as buying them, releasing them from cages, and hatching them. However, first, you must unlock the Egg Incubator in Palworld to hatch a Pal Egg.

You can unlock Egg Incubator to hatch Pal Eggs in Palworld from the Ancient Technology tab in the menu once you have reached level 7. However, you must collect Ancient Technology Points by defeating a world boss to unlock the Egg Incubator. Therefore, to unlock this technology, you must grind in the game for some time and collect strong enough pals and equipment to face those bosses.

If you defeat the first-world boss, you will quickly get around five Ancient Civilization Parts, enough to set up Egg Incubator. Also, you will need 10xPaldium Fragments, 5xClothes, 30x Stones, and 2x Ancient Civilization Parts to set up the Egg Incubator. Other than the Ancient Civilization Parts, all other materials must be easy to find at this level of the game.

How To Hatch Pal Eggs

Once you have set up the Egg Incubator, hatching the Pal Egg is the easiest part of Palworld. You must add the Egg you found in the wild inside the Incubator. Below are the steps you need to follow.

1. Go to the Incubator and interact with it.

2. Select the Egg you want to hatch from your inventory on the left side and place it inside the Incubator.

3. Wait until the Egg is hatched, interact with the Incubator, and hold F on PC or X on the console to get your new pal out of the Incubator.

Once you put your Pal Egg inside the Incubator, you must also set up the correct heat level to speed up the process. I highly recommend setting up a Campfire near the Incubator. So that hatching Pal Egg will not catch up with the cold, as most eggs prefer heat in Palworld. Remember, no ordinary Chikipee eggs out there can be hatched. Instead, you must find more giant eggs scattered around the Palworld map to put inside the Incubator.
