Once again, the internet has become a dangerous place for spoilers. If you have Marvel-related content on your social media feed, then you should start scrolling with caution. As Daredevil: Born Again begins production again, leaks of the cast and other set photos have begun spawning all over online.
None of the leaks will be specifically mentioned or shown here. Some of what has been spotted include the cast and some locations. One image today could be a major spoiler for what’s to come for Matt Murdock (Cox).
Mute Daredevil: Born Again to Avoid Leaks and Other Spoilers as Set Photos Drop
When things like this happen, people may want to try to avoid spoilers. Going to your settings on your various social media accounts will have a filter to help mitigate possible leaked pictures of Charlie Cox and his co-stars as they shoot the next Daredevil series. X, formerly Twitter, and its rivals like BlueSky and Threads have moderation settings to ensure you can avoid anything related to The Devil of Hell’s Kitchen. While it is meant for more harmful material than spoilers for a Marvel series, there is a step-by-step tutorial to block out images and text on each social media platform from the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) organization.
Anticipation for certain Marvel projects has sprung leaks and set photos, making Daredevil: Born Again far from the first to face this issue. No Way Home had plenty of pieces spoiled, including Cox’s return and the other Spider-Men.
TV for Marvel Studios has been difficult as it ran projects more like movies than shows. After more misses than hits, the studio fired the writers of the Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio-led series. This series and anything that is set to go into production afterward will now have showrunners and TV executives attached. Now, it is being run by The Punisher‘s Dario Scardapane, with Loki and Moon Knight directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead helming the episodes. The series will split its initial 18-episode plan for a two-season run.
Not much is known about the plot of Daredevil: Born Again that not even set photos could spoil. It was meant to be more of a legal procedural but has been turned into an extension of the popular Netflix series. Actors who were not reprising their roles will now come back, like Jon Bernthal, Wilson Bethel, Deborah Ann Woll, and Elden Henson. Newcomers include Margarita Levieva in an unknown role, and Sandrine Holt will replace Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa.
