Turns out each and every one of your companions’ underwear inย Baldur’s Gate 3ย has a special description reserved for those er, bold enough to look.
Companion Underwear Descriptions
Some eagle-eyed users from Reddit and other social media have made it a personal side quest to find out each and every companion’s underwear description. It goes without saying that the underwear needs to be vanilla and unmodded. Also, you need every companion for this.
The neat part is that you don’t even have to pickpocket their underwear to see the underwear’s quirks (though we’re not stopping you from indulging). Just having them join the party is enough. Here’s what each underwear says. Expect some spoilers if you haven’t reached Act 3 yet.

Some of the descriptions also fuelled a fan theoryย from user u/rawkwardsauce, who claimed that Jaheira’s underwear inย Baldur’s Gate 3ย could be an indication of her “liaison” with Halsin. This is because one of Halsin’s lines in-game is “Ducks… I like ducks,” which implies that either Halsin sewed those ducks in Jaheira’s underwear or she designed them to appeal to Halsin.
Regardless, Lae’zel needs to stop lying to herself; that underwear is for weapons-grade Githyanki fun… Moreover, those who would canonically romance Minsc are in for a surprise. The. Hamster. Stays.
