Jenelle Evans, formerly of Teen Mom, is wasting no time filing for a legal separation from her husband of six years, David Eason. She admits that throughout their marriage, they have suffered numerous problems. However, this time, she means business, according to The Sun.
The 32-year-old mother of three is exposing everything about David. Jenelle claims she has had it with David Eason’s bizarre and erratic behavior. She also mentions his issues with substance abuse and his refusal to work.
Jenelle Evans has a lot of ammo to use against David Eason. The Teen Mom Alum claims David Eason refuses to find a job. Over the years, his excessive spending has reportedly blown through Jenelle’s earnings. David and Jenelle officially separated on February 16. Jenelle filed the official paperwork on February 23 and stated that she intends to make the separation permanent.
David Causes Issues for Jenelle Following Separation
David Eason is currently said to be residing on Jenelle Evan’s boat since their separation last month. Jenelle claims he has no interest in checking in on her or their daughter, Ensley. Instead, she adds that he spends all his time drinking at a bar near the marina.
The Teen Mom also adds that since David departed from their home, he has refused to give Jenelle Evans a key to their mailbox. She states that this puts her teenage son, Jace Evans, at risk because she has been unable to obtain his medication.
Jenelle Evans’s court docs state,
“Defendant has further committed marital misconduct in that he excessively uses alcohol and has not maintained consistent full-time employment for a number of years, has recklessly spent the party’s money which plaintiff solely earns, and in other ways to be shown at trial.”
