This means that, due to sharing the same gameplay and Pyro element as Hu Tao, the Harbinger could replace the Liyue resident, provided you have her signature weapon.
Another highlight of Arlecchino’s kit is its life bond mechanic. According to the leaks, this particular feature will increase her attack as more enemies of a higher level join the field. It is also likely this Fatui member prefers to keep healers away from her because, like Hu Tao, having low HP could be beneficial.
