Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile has been the subject of trending news under the mobile gaming community’s radar since its launch. The game has got fans cooking eggs on their phone and iFerg breaking his iPad playing Warzone Mobile for bad aim assist.

iFerg Rages Out During His Warzone Mobile Stream

iFerg, a prominent Call of Duty: Mobile streamer, has switched to Warzone Mobile since the game’s release, and it feels like things aren’t going so well for him. During a recent WZM stream, iFerg broke his iPad after losing a fight in the Gulag.

Now, it’s not that uncommon for streamers to break their controllers or mouse and keyboard. But in iFerg’s case, he’s more of a calm player when it comes to playing Call of Duty. That said, something should be really bothering iFerg to break an iPad, and Warzone Mobile has done it in less than two weeks.

The main reason iFerg is not playing on the higher status he had in Call of Duty: Mobile is players with controllers. According to many Warzone Mobile content creators, including iFerg himself, controllers have a gigantic aim assist advantage in this game. This is a major downside for a mobile game where the majority of players grind using the touchscreen.

Charlie Intel has taken the story to X, describing iFerg smashing his iPad for Warzone Mobile as a “crazy” incident. Not much after, though iFerg himself responded with this comment:

They don’t know about my CODM days.

This is a reference to him cracking iPads while playing Call of Duty: Mobile, which certainly wasn’t in the first weeks of the game’s release.

In conclusion, controller vs touchscreen is just another item in WZM‘s issue collection, alongside poor optimizations and overheating. These problems are the main reasons why Warzone Mobile‘s earnings are 67% less than Call of Duty: Mobile at launch.

Amir is an absolute Call of Duty nerd, preferring shooter games more than everything. However, he does like to do uppercuts in Mortal Kombat and feel the NOS going through the engines in Need For Speed games.
