Lady Gaga has just endured a wave of body-shaming as paparazzi photos show her enjoying an outing in Malibu, CA with boyfriend Michael Polansky. The singer and actress, 35, stepped out looking sporty and ready for a tennis game yesterday, with the outfit also making headlines for seeing the Chromatica singer rocking the neon trend.
Images posted by Just Jared on Instagram showed Gaga looking fit and healthy. Users, however, appeared to think that she’s gained weight, and they weren’t afraid to voice their thoughts. A popular comment even came in suggesting that Gaga is the “only one” not taking weight loss drug Ozempic — celebrities galore including Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Christina Aguilera have all been accused of using the drug.
Lady Gaga Shows Off Fit Figure On Tennis Outing
Looking in good spirits as she and Michael strolled either to or from the court, Lady Gaga flaunted her muscular legs in a fade-effect, pleated miniskirt in gray and neon yellow.
Channeling her love of edgy fashion, the Haus Labs founder paired her leggy skirt with a loud, neon yellow sweater in the same shade, one boasting splash prints of gray for a coordinated feel. Keeping practical in sneakers and wearing dark shades, Gaga sported her blonde locks tied back as she went makeup-free, with boyfriend Michael looking trendy in black shorts and a green zip-up hoodie. Both were seen carrying their raquets slung over one shoulder.
A swipe right showed another shot of the couple as Just Jared wrote: “Lady Gaga wears a bright neon outfit as she spends the afternoon playing tennis with boyfriend Michael Polansky.”
Body-Shaming Comments Are Downright Hurtful
While one fan asked: “When did she get so heavy?” another said: “Is that Gaga? I didn’t recognize her at all.” A third user chimed in to joke about the current wave of celebrity weight loss often assumed to be a result of Ozempic.
“Only person not on ozempic” they wrote as over 40 others agreed. One fan even predicted that the singer might start using the drug as they replied: “She will once there is a new project. In 2 months you go from size 12 down to size 4.” In a particularly harsh comment, one user asked what Michael is “feeding her.”
“Something has to be wrong with this picture — she doesn’t look like that” was yet another reply.
Gaga is known for being body-positive and has bravely opened up about her past eating disorder battles. No doubt, fans are saddened to see that body-shaming is still alive and well.
