Miranda Lambert shocked fans with her whirlwind romance with now-husband Brendan McLoughlin. The country music singer met her man while he was working as a police officer in New York City. The two began dating and tied the knot just three months later at her ranch in Nashville in 2019. The marriage was the second for Lamber, who was previously married to fellow singer Blake Shelton. Shelton also moved on and his now married to his former Voice co-star, Gwen Stefani. Sadly, McLoughlin’s new living situation hasn’t been ideal for the former police officer.
According to sources, McLoughlin is struggling a bit now that he’s officially retired and living in Nashville with Lambert. Sources tell The U.S. Sun that he’s been spending a lot of time alone at his wife’s Tennessee bar, Casa Rosa. The establishment is located in the heart of the Nashville live country music scene, and has become a source of comfort to him while his wife is busy with her thriving music career.
Miranda Lambert’s Husband Brendan McLoughlin Hangs at Her Bar When He’s Homesick
“Miranda comes and throws parties, [but] she used to come in more. [Now] it’s whenever she’s in town now,” an insider tells the outlet. “Her husband comes a lot just to hang out.”
Although Miranda Lambert’s schedule is likely hectic, Brendan McLoughlin likely has less on his plate since retiring. However, he’s said to miss living in the hustle and bustle of the big city. The bar reportedly offers him some comfort when he’s feeling homesick.
“He says he’s a city boy. He likes the country, but he gets the itch and needs to come in and hear the sirens,” the source said. “He’ll sit at the end of the bar, eat and drink. Fans do see him and talk to him and he’s super sweet,” the informant added.
It can’t be easy for Miranda Lambert and Brendan McLoughlin to navigate her singing career and living situation when they come from such different backgrounds. However, their relationship appears to be thriving despite the hurdles.
