Sydney Sweeney had fashionistas gushing as she stepped out in a sporty look earlier this year. The 26-year-old actress, known as much for toned muscles as she is for her curves, rocked a lemon-yellow set as she headed out to the gym in March, turning heads for her coordinated look and even picking an affordable outfit.
Choosing Athleta, Sydney showed off her fit figure in the brand fronted by Olympian Simone Biles, one she’s even listed as one of the things she’s “loving this month.” Paparazzi photos of The White Lotus star rocking her sports bra and leggings quickly went viral, of course also landing on Instagram fan accounts.

Photographed heading into a building as she highlighted her firm glutes, toned legs, and trim waist, Sydney sizzled in her butter-yellow leggings, rocking the tightest ever pair as she added in a matching sports bra.
Choosing the $49 Solace bra as she flashed her curves, the blonde went high-waisted as she nailed the ongoing pant trend, completing her outfit with a matching yellow sweatshirt worn over her shoulders. In one image, Sydney was seen adjusting her sweater as she stretched her arms either side of her. Keeping glam in shades, the Euphoria actress kept practical with her light locks in a ponytail, continuing the pale yellow theme via cushioned sneakers and only breaking up her color palette via her gray socks.
Sydney has opened up about her workout routines, which include daily walks with her dog, Pilates, tons of MMA, plus SolidCore.
“The moment I could walk, my mom put me on whatโs called a U-board to learn how to ski. Iโve been doing it as long as I can remember. Itโs my favorite,” she told Women’s Health.
“You get tired really fast. I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid,” Sydney continued.
As to her diet, it’s a healthy affair for Sydney who has even revealed that she’s never tried coffee. “I only drink water โ for whatever reason, when I was like, 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, itโs my thing,” she dished.
Sydney joins the list of super-fit stars in Hollywood, one also including singer Jennifer Lopez, “Flowers” singer Miley Cyrus, and Oscar winner Halle Berry.
