Yellowstone has had its fair share of controversies lately. However, with Season 5 Part 2 being the end of the series, three major characters are rumored to be signing on for a spin-off. This sequel was first announced in May 20023. The spin-off rumors followed Kevin Costner’s absence and the mess he was making of the set. Writer and show-runner Taylor Sheridan will try to continue the Dutton family’s story with this next series.
According to Screenrant, Kelly Reilly, Cole Hauser, and Luke Grimes are finalizing their deals to join the new show. This news has left some fans angry, as they now know that Kayce, Rip, and Beth will all survive the final season of Yellowstone.

Fans then took to social media to voice their opinions. “Need to bring Lloyd and Kayce, or it’s not gonna work,” one said. “So now we know that neither Beth nor Rip will die in the finale of Yellowstone (season 5 Part 2). Right? Thanks for ruining the ending yet again,” an angry fan wrote.
Although this show was mentioned a year ago, there is almost no information about it. Many believe it could be called “2024” as that would fit with many of the other Yellowstone shows. Series such as 1923 and 1883 also had fans wanting more of the western hit.
Luke Grimes could also play the main character, as Kayce Dutton is the oldest living son of John Dutton. The responsibilities of his family’s ranch may fall on his shoulders as the family continues to fight to keep their land.
It will be very interesting to see when the public will get more information on this Yellowstone spin-off. Will Luke Grimes play an important role? Will the ranch be in the hands of Beth and Rip? Fans are dying to know what will become of their favorite ranchers.
